The Winter Solstice Sound Healing Experience at Rooted Transformations

Lava Beads Creations invites you to embrace the season’s shift with a nourishing blend of guided meditation and sound healing at Rooted Transformations. This special event will include a meditation to help center and ground you, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Anick will guide you with Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to release the past year’s energy, welcome the light of the solstice, and set intentions for the coming season. Bring a blanket, mini pillow, and water bottle for added comfort as you journey inward during this reflective, restorative experience.
