When you're getting hair colouration, we ask that you arrive with your hair as follows to help ensure the best possible results:

Please have clean hair washed within the last two days or regular shampoo cycle with minimal styling products. For best results, I also recommend using a clarifying shampoo. To help remove any product buildup that would affect your hairs ability to receive the colour, to get the best results from the service.

Please avoid washing your hair the day of the service to help lessen scalp sensitivity during your hair colour application.

Please make sure your hair is free of any tangles and is not matted - anything more than simple detangling (usually less than 2 minutes) is not built into the service time.

By booking, you are accepting these terms. I require hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations after this timeframe will result in a penalty of 50% of the services booked. No shows will be charged 50% of the services due before booking another appointment.
