Chair yoga is a versatile practice suitable for individuals of all ages and physical abilities, including seniors, office workers, and those with knee problems or limited mobility due to injuries. This gentle form of yoga, performed while sitting on a chair or using it for support, offers modifications and support to help practitioners experience the benefits of improved flexibility, strength, and relaxation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, participants are encouraged to dress in layers, bring a water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes before class. Additionally, chairs, mats, blocks, and blankets are provided for convenience. Please note that a full refund can be provided up to 2 hours prior to class, after which no refunds will be issued. Please note: Our studio is located in the basement, and access requires navigating stairs.
